Cottage Bacon

This is a customer favorite for BLT's, however it has just plain great bacon flavor for any use.

Not traditional bacon as it is not made from the pork belly, instead this is a boneless pork shoulder roast brined and cured like traditional bacon, then sliced to that traditional thickness, but with a width that almost covers a slice of toast by itself.
